What is your package & pricing?

Is your package price and items fixed?

Yes. It is carefully customised into a package to cater for most couple needs for actual day wedding photography coverage.

We required more hours of photography coverage, is that possible?

Yes, tell us more about your wedding plan. We will advise you further.

Do you provide childhood montage service in your package?

We do not provide childhood montage service. You can try an online slideshow creator called Animoto to create your montage.

Are you able to provide a Express highlights slideshow for our morning session during the wedding luncheon/dinner?

We do not have the license for video software and music, therefore we are unable to create the Express highlights slideshow for couple. Furthermore, William is working by himself, he won’t be able to create the slideshow without missing out capturing some important part of your wedding day.

Do you provide AD photography package with videography?

We do not provide videography services but we can recommend some videographers that we have worked with in weddings.

How soon do we need to book you for our wedding date?

For popular wedding dates, we recommend wedding couple to make their booking in 10-12 months in advance.

We are interested in your package, could we meet up for further discussion?

We are no longer doing sales meet-up since most questions can be answered through this FAQs section, email, video chat or WhatsApp.

We would like book William to shoot my wedding, what’s the next step?

The next step is to email us which package you are signing up, together with your wedding date, venue, Groom & Bride’s name, addresses and contacts. We will prepare the agreement and get back to you as soon as possible.

Do we have to sign a contract?

Yes. Once you confirm to signup our services, we will prepare a contract for you to sign and return.

Is deposit required to secure the date to book you as our photographer.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your decision to book us as your wedding photographer.

We are having wedding celebrations on 2 separate days. Is there a split-day charge for you to provide photography coverage on both day?

Yes, the surcharge for split-day wedding is $350.

Can we meet you before our big day?

Yes, we can meet up to know each other better and understand your final wedding plan for your big day. If time does not allow, video chat via facetime or skype will also do.

What time will you be arriving on the day?

We normally advise couple to schedule our arrival at bride location 30 mins after the start of the make up session.

Do we need to provide you meal during the wedding?

In order not to interrupt the wedding proceeding and speeches, all we require is a simple meal (fast food) to supercharge our photographer to continue capturing moments for you.

Our wedding starts at 5am, is there a surcharge for starting your service so early?

Yes, the surcharge for early-morning (before 7am) is $50.

Our wedding fall on a holiday, is there a surcharge for wedding held on a holiday?

Yes, the holiday surcharge is $50.

Can my friend/relative shoot as an additional photographer for my wedding day?

In such happy occasion, they are welcome to shoot along with us as long they are not using flash and obstructing our way of work. But we will suggest them put aside their camera and enjoy the day as a guest and let us do what we do best.

Will the images be post-processed before delivery?

All images are individually assessed and go through some processing such as editing of exposure adjustment, color correction and cropping of frame.

How many photos will there be?

Typically more than 600 beautiful quality photos for a 10 hours wedding.

How long does it take to process your photos?

Photos will be deliver in 4-6 weeks.

Can we post our photos online in Facebook, Forum or Personal website?

Yes. Beside returning photos in high resolution quality. We also prepare a web version of your photos for you to post online. Please do credit us when posting the photo online.
